Hello everyone - I am going to start with an apology. I am sending this message out by Constant Contact and by Motorsportreg. I know that means most of us will receive it twice, but we haven't merged the two databases since the summer and I want to reach as many people as possible.

The annual Race Workshop is being held this Saturday, Nov 12 from 10 am to noon. You may attend in one of two ways: IN PERSON - the meeting is being held in the large meeting room located on the second floor of the:

Improve Centre
7250 Keele Street
Concord, ON
L4K 1Z8

Use the entrance marked J located on the southside of the building, take the stairs to the second floor.
BY VIDEO CALL - You MUST register in advance for this meeting:
https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYrduiqpj4oHdAphZZ0cVrJjGP-CYqBWPNe
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The meeting will include:

1) A review of the 2022 season,
2) Acknowledging our 2022 Champions (trophy presentations as well as distribution of the Pirelli Tires $$$ and the Pfaff Hard-Charger prizes),
3) Plans for 2023, including our schedule of events
4) Questions from the floor or video

Unlike most motorsport series, CASC-OR is an umbrella organization for 30+ not-for-profit motorsport clubs. It is run by volunteers, who like you and I, share a passion for motorsports. This meeting is the one time each year that we invite everyone in the Race Division to share their comments and ideas for how we operate the rest of the year.

We encourage everyone to attend and take part in the discussions.

If I don't see you on Saturday, then I'll see you at the track in 2023!

Sincerely,

Ted Michalos
President
