2023 Insurance forms
Our new insurance policy comes into effect April 1, 2023. Clubs have already been invoiced for their 2023 affiliation and Directors and Officers insurance. Very soon we will be posting the 2023 event rate sheet and the updated event application form. You will be able to find both on this page: EVENT INSURANCE
As a reminder, clubs apply for insurance coverage DIRECTLY from Stoneridge - insurance applications do not come to the CASC-OR office.
2023 Presidents' Meeting:
The annual Presidents' meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, April 16 starting at 1 pm by video conference. Invitations will be sent to the clubs' presidents as listed in our records. Anyone/everyone is welcome to attend. Preregistration is required and we'll post a link to do so on the CASC-OR website.

Ice Racing John Trimble, Director
Please join me in welcoming John Trimble (BEMC) as the new Ice Racing Director.
We completed all 6 events in the 2023 - the final event being held March 11-12, quite possibly the latest we have ever held an ice racing event.
If you haven't done so already, please pre-register for the 2023 Ice Racing Banquet It is being held Saturday, April 8th at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club starting at 6 pm. The evening includes the 2023 Trophy and Awards presentations - come out to celebrate another successful season and recognize our champions and volunteers.
Autoslalom Steven Day, Director
The 2023 CASC Regional Autoslalom Championship will be hosted by WOSCA and take place on Saturday July 15 and Sunday July 16, 2023!
The venue is Centralia Airport, 403 Canada Avenue, Huron Park, ON. Both days are scored cumulatively for the championship. Trophies will be awarded on Sunday afternoon for individual classes. Competitors who can only make one day are welcome although you will not be scored in the championship. Car numbers will be on a first come, first served basis. No CASC license is required. Camping will be permitted at the venue for a small fee. Hope to see you there!

The Karting committee continues to meet on a regular basis to update rules and discuss issues relating to all of the clubs. It has been rumored that a 2023 multi-club Championship event may be in the works - keep checking KARTING for any breaking news...
Time Attack Kevin Wong, Director
Check out TIME ATTACK for the complete 2023. The first event of the season is being held June 4 at the Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga.
The OTA Instructor school is slated for April 1st at CTMP DDT to train new instructors.
The Open house is tentatively booked for April 15th (Saturday) – watch the website for updates and more information.
Road Racing Ray Arlauskas, Director
This year's Pre-season Drivers' Meeting is being held on Sunday, April 23 at 10:30 am on the main floor of the CTMP Conference Centre.
In addition, Mike Nilson is going to be completing annual tech inspections using the Mastercraft Entrance starting at 9 am that day, and again after the meeting. Contact Mike directly to reserve your spot. Mike's team of scrutineers are willing to tech cars at your home or shop pre-season (if you cover their gas) - again contact Mike to set it up.
HELP WANTED - the Road Racing Division is looking for a Master of Ceremonies to work the podiums at this year's regional road racing weekends. You need to be on site on Sunday afternoons from 1pm until the end of the day to see that the podium is set-up, the trophies are organized, and then we'd like you to MC the podium presentation. If you are interested please contact me directly at president@casc.on.ca.
