This Sunday, November 12, 2024 we have 3 important meetings taking place. All are hybrid, meaning you may attend in person or log on and attend by video.
For those attending in person, they will be held in the large meeting room on the second floor of the IMPROVE CENTRE, 7250 Keel Street, Concord, Ontario.

Annual Members Meeting at 2 pm - run by Ted Michalos, estimated 90 minutes
The AMM is the official annual meeting required under the CASC-OR by-laws. It is open to anyone that wants to attend, but voting is restricted to CLUB DELEGATES. Anyone wishing to attend must register in advance and those wishing to attend by video need to register in advance.: REGISTRATION
Check out the CASC-OR website for more information about each of theses meetings over the next few days. Focused e-mails are being sent to the Ice and Road Racing communities. The Annual Members' Meeting Notices are sent to Club Presidents, but will also be posted on the website.
